Careful pre-screening of international staff:

In-depth interview with staff
Criminal background check, medical check with licensed physician and reference check completed on all staff

Placement based on needs of camps and staff preferences

Receive complete package on staff: includes summary of skills, reference checks, medical check, interview report
Staff is reviewed by only one camp at a time. Directors do NOT compete on hiring specific staff

Secure staff work permits/visas

Support staff with international travel

Organize and pay for staff member's travel from airport to accommodations in host city
Organize and pay for staff member's travel from accommodations in host city to camp pick up in host city

Orientation to prepare staff for their work experience

Two nights accommodation for staff in Canadian host city

Organize the staff's Social Insurance Number

Secure the staff's free bank account

Organize and pay for staff's health insurance

Covers staff during travels in the US and any accident that occurs while working

Support camp and staff during work experience

24-7 Emergency Support number provided to staff and directors
